Some time ago my company was doing business with a regional biscuit factory. When I visited the "bakery" I was always fascinated by the tasty
combination of technology and biscuits.
By chance I was able to purchase an RNK pastry molding machine from the 50th/60th in a nearby bakery in August 2021.
On this page I will talk about the workup and hopefully soon about the operation of my speculoos machine as well.
Biscuit molding machines shape baked goods with the help of negative molds and place it on a conveyor belt, on individual baking trays or even on the baking belt of a continuous oven.
The negative forms of the pastry are usually incorporated into a roller, and in newer machines also into molding belts. Depending on the size and capacity of the machine,
one to hundreds of pastry molds can be accommodated on the roller.
